I have always been passionate about food, as the city I am from has a huge olive &grape culture cuisine throughout the history. Every day I try to build new flavours with new challenges as learning never stops in the kitchen.
I believe discipline is the key of life and work, and food & beverage sector demands high-level of discipline.
Places where I previously worked have always been high-quality restaurants, and creativity was a key opponent. I was very lucky as experienced chefs from the industry have tutored me. Lots of different experiences created my vision.
My occupation is not to earn a living, it is my passion, my art, and it is the only way to enjoy my time on earth.
